ICM Enterprise Case Study Contest About the Contest

　China's economy has achieved rapid growth and will soon usher in the development stage with a transformation from volume growth to a qualitative change. In this context, in order to achieve sustainable development, more and more enterprises are attaching increasing importance to, and pursuing, "intellectual capital".

　To contribute to the cultivation of intellectual capital management (ICM) talents and promote the holding of symposiums on ICM systems as well as the building of related systems, the Education Management Information Center of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China and Japan's Actcell Corporation have jointly organized the "ICM Enterprise Case Study Contest" with universities in China.

　By mainly collecting enterprise case study reports from China's top universities and institutes of commerce, the Contest will take enterprises' operation cases as the objects, summarize the production and management experience by analyzing such cases, and provide guidance and reference for future business activities. The authors of excellent papers selected after strict screening, will be awarded scholarships, and the collected enterprise case study reports will also serve as the research reference for China's future education of capital management talents. In addition, the outstanding contestants will be awarded the qualification certificate of "intellectual capital manager".
All of the contestants are expected to fully utilize their operational management and practical knowledge to complete the enterprise case study reports.
